This tool extracts a floor for fire analysis. Along with the floor the columns above and below the selected floor are extracted to a distance of one and a help storeys. Appropriate translational restraints are applied at a distance of one storey and rotational restraints at the one and a half storey distance.

Using a deformed shape from analysis and new model is created reflecting the deformed geometry using the Model > Model tools > Create a new model from deformed geometry option.
