Basic Operations in Tables
The current cell in the table is indicated by a depression of the grey cells at the top and left of the table. When navigating around the table the current cell is also indicated by a bold border around the cell. When editing a cell the cursor flashes at the current position in the cell ('edit mode'). Basic navigation and entry of data in tables is as follows.
Cell Operators
The following operators may be entered in cells instead of typing in values.
Copying To and From Spreadsheets
For many purposes the preparation of some part of the model or loading, or post-processing of results will require the use of spreadsheets.
Cutting, Copying and Pasting in tables
Any selection of table data can be cut or copied to the clipboard, and the contents of the clipboard can be pasted into a selected location in a table. The clipboard can be used to transfer data between table views, graphic views, spreadsheets and other packages.
Delete and Blank Records in Tables
Complete records can be inserted, deleted (with renumbering of subsequent records) or blanked (without renumbering).
