Analysis Wizard : Nonlinear Static Termination

When the automatic load increment option is selected the termination criteria must be set.

Definition

Nodal displacement/rotation limit

A node need be selected which will be monitored and the analysis will terminate when the displacement/rotation at the specified node and direction reaches the limiting displacement or rotation

Load factor limit

The analysis will terminate when the load factor has been reached or passed the specified load factor limit. The load factor is the multiplier on all the loads defined by the load combination of this analysis case
