Create mass from element/member mass

These dialogs can be accessed from the Model > Model tools > Create nodal mass > From element mass and  Model > Model tools > Create nodal mass > From member mass menu commands.

The tools allow the mass of 1D elements and members to be converted to nodal mass properties at the ends. Once these have been created the mass of the original elements should be ignored.
