Labels and Display Methods : Axes

The Axes page of the Labels and Display Methods dialog box is where various types of axes may be switched on for display in the current Graphic View. All axis sets are displayed as colour coded axes triads.

Options are as follows.

  • Global axes
  • Output axes – display all axis sets referred to by all diagram and contour displays in the current Graphic View
  • User axes – display all user axes for which the origin lies within all currently defined volumes
  • Grid plane axes – display all grid plane axes at the grid elevation
  • Storey grid plane IDs
  • Due north – display a north arrow in the legend axes triad

Data IDs, such as axis or grid plane references, may be labelled either by number, by name or by name and number. If no name is given then the reference is by number, regardless of this setting.

Reset Page​

Resets the label settings on this page to the default view settings.

Apply​

Applies the current settings to the image without exiting the dialog box.
