Deleting loading graphically

Any loading applied to nodes or elements can be deleted using the Sculpt > Delete displayed loading menu command. The procedure is as follows.

  1. Set the Cases list to the load case(s) in which the loads that are to be deleted are specified. Make sure that none of the load cases in the list have been analysed; the program will not allow cases referred to by analysed, analysis cases to be deleted.
  2. Display diagrams of the loads that are to be deleted.
  3. Give the Delete displayed loading command.

The consequence of this operation is that the lists in the affected loading records have not (<deleted entities>) appended unless the resulting list is empty, in which case the loading record is deleted.
